Andy (Japanese: 加藤 紘一 Katou Koichi) is a minor character of Yo-kai Watch series. He is a student in class 5-2 and a classmate to Nate and Katie.

Appearance[]
Andy is a young boy who has brown hair (black in the anime) and a bandage on his nose. He also wears a white shirt with blue sleeves and a yellow strip across his shirt. He wears green shorts and red sneakers with white laces and white soles.

Andy is an adventurous kid with a knack for cracking codes and puzzles. He is also very loyal to his friends.

Daniel and Mark are friends, as well as members of the Springdale Detective Kids Team and The Treasure Hunter's Club.

History[]
Yo-kai Watch[]
Daniel, as part of the Springdale Detective Kids Team, gives out riddles with his friends for the player to solve. When the player solves all the riddles, the team decide to disband and create the New Springdale Detective Kids Team.
Yo-kai Watch 2[]
Andy first appears in the "Matt, Don't Give Up!" request. He complains that the soccer goal that Daniel shot went in, and asks what's wrong with Matt.
Andy is part the Treasure Hunters' Club along with Daniel and Mark, and together they search for the treasure marked on the old map they've found. In Treasure Hunters Pt. 2, Andy is distraught when his friends decide to retire from the club due to the fear of getting 'cursed'. Andy requests the player's help to reunite the club in Treasure Hunters Pt. 3 to find the Mountain King.
Yo-kai Watch 3[]
He and his friends are found hanging around in Shopper's Row.
In the anime[]
As he is Nate's classmate, he often appears while he is at school.
Andy makes a brief cameo in the Gera Gera Po intro, running into the bathroom due to Fidgephant standing next to him.
Andy makes a cameo in EP008, waiting in line to use the bathroom along with the other boys because of Fidgephant.
