Hardy Hound M is very similar in appearance to Hardy Hound with some minor differences.

Hardy Hound M is a large white colored Komainu Yo-kai with an inverse lightning-aura surrounding his body. He has golden colored eyes, eyebrows, and side hairs on his sides, Along with bright purple colored hair featuring his tail, chest, and Stomach.

In the internal text data for Wibble Wobble, he is referred to in Japanese as Maiti Doggu M (まいてぃーどっぐえむ, lit. Mighty Dog M).
- These were left in the data because there are separate unused text fields for names written exclusively in hiragana; because of this, it's not known if the proper form of this name would be written with kana characters (like マイティードッグＭ (エム)) or not.
Hardy Hound M is the first Mega Yo-kai to be featured as a Score Attack Reward.
