Idol Wa Ooh-Nya-Nya No Ken (Japanese: アイドルはウーニャニャの件 Aidoru wa ūnyanya no ken) is a song by several members of Japanese idol group AKB48 (potrayed by Next HarMEOWny with Pandanoko), and was used as the third Japanese ending theme for the Yo-kai Watch anime series.
Overview[]
Haruka Shimazaki and their other members members of AKB48, as well as their sub-units SKE48 AND HKT48 announced at 65th NHK Kōhaku Uta Gassen that they would form a subgroup named NyaKB with Tsuchinoko Panda (Japanese: ニャーkb with ツチノコパンダ NyaKB u~izu Tsuchinoko Panda) to compose the third ending song for the Yo-kai Watch anime series.
A total of seven members from the units performed the song, which made its first appearance in Yo-kai Pandanoko and was eventually used as the ending theme. The song would subsequently appear in other Yo-kai Watch media, including the Next HarMEOWny dancing minigame in Yo-kai Watch 3.
Promotion[]
While the ending theme was used in the anime series' rotation, several merchandise was released for it including some related to AKB48. A Carddass collection featuring both the members of Next HarMEOWny with Pandanoko in both their animated and real-life poses was released.
Some cat ears worn by members of the group was also released, which came with a unique card of Pandanoko for Yo-kai Watch: Tomodachi Ukiukupedia. A figurine set featuring the seven members of Next HarMEOWny and a secret figure of Jibanyan in his Next HarMEOWny attire was released for a limited time.

Trivia[]
- This is the first Yo-kai Watch song to be performed by a Japanese celebrity.
- This is the first song to have two different versions of its ending sequence; the first version was used in EP051 to EP054 whilst the second version was used from EP055 to EP067.
- In the localized versions of Yo-kai Watch 3, the song is kept instrumental.
- This is the first Japanese ending to be animated traditionally like the anime rather than in CG; the second being Furusato Japon.
- Despite being dubbed into Korean to be used in the featured episodes, it wasn't used as an ending theme for the dub, making it the first ending sequence not to be used.
- The ending theme initially received negative reception from Japanese fans when it first debuted, due to its mildly suggestive lyrics and temporary departure from the dance-pattern themed endings.
- In the European dubs for Hailey Anne and Usapyon's Bitty RoKit Weekly: The Engine! and other episodes featuring the song, it is kept in Japanese rather than using the English dub's alternative-sounding song in the debuting episode.
