Joshua Thomas (Japanese: 未空リク Misora Riku) is one of the recurring characters in the Yo-kai Watch series. He is the younger brother of Hailey Thomas, where he notably plays a minor role in the anime series.

Joshua is a young boy with dark colored hair, who wears a gray shirt with green pants.
In the anime[]
Joshua first briefly appears in Usapyon Is Here!, where he is annoyed at Hailey's excitement when she got a Space Watch.
He reappears in EP132, where he makes an observation diary on what Hailey does after he watches a television report on people's unusual behaivors.
Agent Blunder and Folly visit Joshua in his bedroom in EP163, so they can both dig up information on Hailey's ability to see Yo-kai.
Joshua invites a friend named Hino in EP176 where they both make papercrafts. When Hailey assumes them both being in love, she summons several Yo-kai to make their playdate better, but it all goes wrong when Joshua ends up destroying them whilst being inspirited by Blazion and making a false apology when he gets inspirited by So-Sorree. They both reconcile when Joshua gets inspirited by Sandmeh and unexpectedly confesses his true feelings for Hina.
