Nekokiyo (Japanese: 猫きよ Nekokiyo) is a Yo-kai of the Tough tribe.

Nekokiyo also has a Boss Yo-kai form called Nekokiyoperon (Japanese: 猫きよペロン Nekokiyoperon).

Biology

Nekokiyo is a yellow cat with orange stripes on his face, ears and arms. He wears a purple robe which tears completely when he transforms. He has a flame tip tail like most Cat Yo-kai. When he transforms into Nekokiyoperon, he gains a husky body structure due to the fact he is slighty chubby to begin with. He also gain spiky ears. He retains his orange stripes and has access fur on his arms and legs as well as his neck all the way down his back. He has a giant purple tongue that hangs constantly from his mouth.

He seems to enjoy toying with his opponents.

According to the manga adaption, Nekokiyo is very strong even in his regular form, easily dodging Jibanyan's "Paws of Fury" and knocking Fuyunyan down with just one punch.

In Yo-kai Watch Busters, as Nekokiyoperon he specializes in tackling and pounding the ground. If Nurarihyon is defeated before Inumaro or Nekokiyo during the battle, one of them will sacrifice themselves to revive him.
