Snaggly (Japanese: からみぞん Karamizon) is a Rank E Lightning-attribute Yo-kai of the Slippery tribe.
The Yo-kai Medallium bio reads; "Delights in making people difficult to deal with. If someone's being awkward, you can bet she's nearby."
Snaggly evolves into Whinona starting at Lv. 29. As of Yo-kai Watch 3, Snaggly can fuse with Kanpe-chan to form Muchaburikko.
Appearance
Snaggly seems to be an almost mammalian yo-kai, with dark brown skin, lighter beige fur, and three pink tentacle-like limbs, one of which being fashioned into a piece of hair. It has blue eyes and a dark brown mustache and two dark brown legs.

Snaggly can be found on trees everywhere in Uptown Springdale, Breezy Hills and Shopper's Row. She can also be found in the Shopping Street Narrows. Furthmore, Snaggly can be found in Gates of Whimsy.
