Wakarunner (Japanese: わかランナー) is a Rank D Wind-attribute Merican Yo-kai of the Charming tribe.
Appearance
Wakarunner is a yellow question mark with human-like legs and arms. He wears blue sports bands, black sneakers, and a red cap. His eyes are dull green.

Wakarunner can make people not understand things. He also makes people run around, while they ask all kinds of questions.
The more confused he (or someone inspirited by him) is, the faster they run.
History
Wakarunner first appears in EP145, where he inspirits Nate along with many yo-kai, making them run through town and question things. This causes an impromptu marathon, commentated by Whisper and Jibanyan. While Wakarunner takes an early lead, he gets caught up to by none other than the normally docile Happierre. In a photo-finish, Happierre ends up barely winning the race when his flower crosses the finish line first. Wakarunner, in a show of good sportsmanship, gives Nate his medal.
