Cereal Spiller is a small Yo-kai with a head shaped like a rice box filled abundantly with rice, with two round eyes with spiraled irises and a small triangle-like mouth. He seems to be teetering or discombobulated, due to him always trying to balance on one foot, spilling rice constantly as a result. He wears a red samue-style robe, with a black trim and a tan piece of rope around him, white pants, and brown sandals.
"Tentekomai" is a combination of tentekomai (天手古舞い, bustling with activity) and kyoumai (供米, rice delivered to the government).
"Cereal Spiller" is a combination of cereal (grain) and spiller, referencing his appearance and general characteristics. The general arrangement of words is pun on serial killer, although Cereal Spiller shares no common traits with said people.
"Arrocet" is a combination of "Arroz" (Rice) and "Tambalearse" (Wobble).
”Risperdo” is a combination of “Riso” (rice) and “Perdo” (I lose).
